System Security Vulnerability and Scanning Tools The Contractor shall scan and monitor the California Business Connect System to ensure that California Business Connect System security vulnerabilities are identified and addressed. At a minimum, Contractor shall use the vulnerabilities management tool(s) currently used by the Secretary of State Information Technology Division. Those tools and versions currently in use at the Secretary of State include: • eEye Retina Network Security Scanner (v5.15.1) • Qualys Vulnerability Management (v7.2 – part of the QualysGuard Enterprise Suite) • Qualys Web Application Scanner (v2.0 – part of the QualysGuard Enterprise Suite) Note: Although the Secretary of State currently owns these products, the Contractor must purchase these for the California Business Connect System. The costs of purchasing and using this minimum tool set, as well as any other related software tools proposed by the Contractor for this purpose, shall be included in the cost proposal and specified in RFP Exhibit 6.2 - California Business Connect Third Party Software Products List.
