CV: GRAEME MICHAEL JAY Introduction Graeme Jay has taught over 10 000 students in the past 20 years. He is experienced in both private and public sector training and tuition, and has taught at numerous universities around the country. His primary areas of focus include finance and property, but he also consults and provides training in other key management and strategic focus areas. Executive Graeme Jay runs his own corporate training and consulting business, CPMD (College of People Management and Development), where he consults to and trains both private and public sector individuals and organisations. He has designed and developed courses in Public Sector Property and Asset Management as well as Public Sector Financial Management, which have been presented in six of South Africa’s nine provinces to either the Provincial Department of Housing, as well as municipal employees, or the National or Provincial Department of Public Works and Transport. Lecturer Graeme teaches and has taught property and finance courses at five different universities in Gauteng, including Wits (2 faculties), Midrand Graduate Institute, Milpark Business School and P&DM. He also lectures at both honours and masters level, including MBA and similar programmes.
