Risk Assessment:
Emergency exits clear and well signed.
Check all electrical equipment for PAT Test
stickers and general safety
Tape down trailing cables from OHP
Exceptional Planning Items:
Venue will have been risk assessed
Notify attendees of information to bring with them
Ensure that equipment is ordered in advance.
Collect attendance sheet and certificates from the Joint Training Team offices.
Set up the room in the most appropriate manner.
