Business plan includes the type of business, description of business, partnership agreement, start up costs, business organizational chart, business identification, customer anaylsis, strategic and operational planning. The business plan also includes a general policy or mission statement, code of ethics, social responsibility, philanthropy and employee conduct. And has developed policies including customer return or satisfaction and sexual harassment policy. Business plan must also includes two individual business policies plus a payment policy.
