General Information
1.
One set of documents for the purpose of preparation and submission of
tender comprising of:
i. Specification of the jobs;
ii. Tender forms (price quotation); and
iii. Company’s particulars
can be downloaded from Bank Negara Malaysia website.
2.
Tenders quoted, shall include sales tax, surtax and other government
taxes that are applicable and the price quoted shall be valid for at least 3
months from the closing date.
3.
Bank Negara Malaysia does not bind itself to accept the lowest quotation
and reserves the right to accept part or whole of any tenders.
4.
The sealed envelope containing documents ii and iii in (1) above (duly
completed and signed) are to be hand-delivered so as to reach the tender
box not later than the specified date and time as stated.
5.
Tenders must reach Pengarah, Jabatan Komunikasi Strategik, on or
before 12.00 noon, 8 January 2013. Tender documents are to be
deposited into Tender Box “A” located at 14th Floor, Block B, Bank Negara
Malaysia, Jalan Dato’ Onn, Kuala Lumpur.

Note : The bulk of the manuscripts will be
delivered in end-February and mid-March 2013.
