Commercial Analytics (CA) is that department of Merck that is concerned with providing Physician related information to the Merck customers. This IMSREF ID is provided to the CA team, so that CA can fetch more information on these listed Physicians. The data is obtained from various Merck databases based on the above-mentioned information supplied and appended with each Physician record.
