SENIOR PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Hillsdale Investment Management Inc is a leader in equity and alternative investment

Canadian, US and International equity and equity hedged products for institutional and private
wealth investors in Canada and the US.
We offer a unique and independent work environment with a strong focus on investment
research. As a Senior Portfolio Manger, you will be a key member of the portfolio management
team and lead manager on both US and Canadian focused equity strategies. Your
responsibilities will include managing equity and equity long/short strategies, providing
financial, investment, market and performance analysis as well as developing and creating
stock selection models covering North American and global equities. You are a team player, a
strong communicator and are comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
As a candidate, you must meet the following requirements:
 A minimum of 7 years experience as a portfolio manager in Canadian and US equity
markets covering both large and small cap stocks
 A solid understanding of quantitative investment applications and models combined with a
fundamental understanding of how best to apply systematic tools and techniques
 Experience as a fundamental analyst in Canadian, US or international equities
In addition, the following will definitely be considered an asset:
 Applied knowledge of factor modeling and simulation technologies
 Knowledge and experience in long/short equity management
 CFA designation and a degree from a recognized portfolio management program
