Monitored workflow tool for parts escalations at 105 sites in western US, Pacific Islands and Asia. Parts were sourced and tracked during shipping. Arranged for Return Maintenance Authorizations and shipment of faulty parts in accordance with Delta’s agreements with repair vendor. Used MS Excel, Access, Word, HP Service Manager and HP Asset Manager. Technical Support Agent TeleperformanceUSA 2006 to 2009 Took inbound calls from Dell customers who had technical difficulties with Dell products. Scope included consumer level computers, printers, monitors and internet hardware. Internet access problems, operating systems and software purchased from Dell was also covered. Used MS Excel, Word and Dell’s proprietary journaling program. Senior Consultant Keane, Inc. 2005 to 2005 Client – Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont: Tasked to write a master program using SAS to initiate 400+ End of Month programs that used data from SQL Server and DB2. Also responsible for all SAS program and table maintenance and new development. Ran SAS programs on demand for internal and external customers. (6 wk contract) 2005 to 2005 Client – The Hartford: Client actuaries asked team to extend SAS program arrays to enable loss predictions further into the future. Also necessary to edit all code that worked with arrays to enable loading and processing of additional data. Team of five accomplished edit, test and redeployment of 128 programs in six week period. Used SAS 9, MS Access, Excel, Word and Mathcad. Freelance SAS Consultant Pegus Research (1 mo contract) 2005 to 2005 Wrote SAS 9 programs to extract and align data from dissimilar phone and hard copy survey responses. SAS was used to load data into tables and run basic statistical analysis on it. Employed SAS Macros and ODS to produce Word document (.doc) file output for presentation to client. Used SAS 9 and MS Excel and Word. Senior Consultant Keane, Inc. 1997 to 2005 Client – Mity-Lite: Team was contracted to write multi-user sales automation tool in Delphi. New program interfaced with accounting program and accessed data from Informix on Unix server. Reworked some MS Access applications to align existing reports to new business rules.
