Directly managed the Human Resources technology organization of ~60 resources with
associated application / vendor management, production support, and investment within
Corporate Solutions IT.
 Reduced frequency of production issues from about one a day to close to zero by
outsourcing all application development and maintenance, while delivering $25M in
savings over 5 years.
 Implemented ASP & Saas services for compensation, recruiting, case management, time
and attendance, and learning management compliance tracking reducing total cost of

Managed the technology investment portfolio for Capital One's award winning workplace
evolution via within corporate real estate IT(Future of Work & My Phone, My Way). This position
involved cross functional leadership (business and IT), strategy, planning and execution at all
levels within the organization.
Delivered VoIP to Capital One implementing 8,100 Cisco VoIP phones serving over 5,600 people
in 10 buildings. Program was branded My Phone My Way.
 Eliminated move/add/change costs for 15k moves per year removing ~$1.5M from the
annual CRE IT operations demand budget.
 Developed a robust customer experience rollout plan ensuring business alignment,
regardless of location or business profile/demand which delivered 95% satisfaction rate
exceeded 75% industry norm despite speed, size and complexity of cutovers.
 Achieved record setting results with up to 2,000 phones per cut-over,: executed the largest
single cutovers in the industry in a record setting 5-month period.-- Named Top 500
Innovator in Information Technology by InformationWeek, due to the innovative rollout
