Areas of Expertise:
Jeff has 26 years of experience in property tax in a variety of industries, focusing on manufacturing,
energy and chemicals. He is currently a Senior Director and leader of the Manufacturing Client Services
practice at Thomson Reuters. He specializes in multistate outsourcing engagements and valuation
analysis for personal property, machinery and equipment and process-oriented facilities. Jeff works with
clients across the country to maximize the value of their property tax function through implementation of
compliance efficiencies and execution of effective strategies for tax savings.
Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Jeff was a Director in the Property Tax practice at Deloitte Tax LLP.
He led client service teams and worked with companies having large energy and industrial properties
across the U.S. Prior to joining Deloitte Tax, Jeff was a Principal and the Property Tax Leader in Houston
for Arthur Andersen LLP. Prior to that, he was the Assistant Coordinator for the minerals section of the
Texas State Property Tax Board.
