Howard B. Shontz was the Admissions Officer for the College of Letters and Science at
UC Davis for many years and served in various other capacities with other UC campuses.
He was dedicated to the success of our students, and this award is intended to assist in
motivating and assisting an undergraduate to continue at UC Davis.
