DID YA KNOW!!

Same Company, Same Owner, Just A New

Name With A New Location

Chelsea Rentals & Hearth Sales closed their doors on the equipment rental part of their business in March of this year. Last winter, owner Chris Livengood knew she needed to either sell or downsize. Reorganizing the business to focus on the hearth side became the answer.

Livengood spent the summer looking for a new location and establishing a new name for the hearth company. Working with JS

Associates, a local online marketing company, a more user-friendly website was also created.

Customers can now easily find more information about alternative home heating and the products Chelsea Hearth & Fireplaces carries by visiting www.ChelseaHearthandFireplaces.com.

Superior Donuts by Chicago playwright

Tracy Letts premiered at Steppenwolf

Theatre Company in 2008, following his

Pulitzer Prize winning August: Osage

County. It then moved to Broadway for a run in the fall of 2009. This comedydrama set in one of Chicago's most diverse neighborhoods explores the unlikely friendship between a burned-out donut shop owner and his idealistic new employee.

Arthur Przybyszewski has just about given up on everything: a social life, the chance of romance, and most of all, his family's dilapidated donut shop. But

Strap on your winter shoes or boots for an Owl Prowl through one of our state's fabulous parks. Join the Discovery Center interpreter for a 30-45 minute walk through the woods calling these magnificent creatures, and keep your ears open to hear them respond.

Maybe you'll spot one on their perch. Or perhaps they'll fly in overhead to check out up close whoooooo's making that sound. After the program stick around to ask questions and discuss owls and their habitat.

Meet at the Gerald E. Eddy Discovery Center, 17030 Bush Road in Chelsea. No preregistration required and all ages are welcome. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather as the event takes place rain or shine. Bring something to drink and a flashlight or miner's light. This event is free, however a state park vehicle sticker is required to drive into the center.

The Ghoultide Gathering took place at the Chelsea Fairgrounds this last weekend, and the artists came from across the country, even as far away as California. They were very excited to be in our City, and from what I am hearing our City was very excited they were here. This event filled our hotels and our restaurants, and our merchants prospered as well. We look forward to welcoming them back again next year. If you didn't get a chance to check out their bewitching offerings make sure you don't miss it next year. when youthful dreamer Franco Wicks walks through the door with plans to reinvent the vandalized storefront, Arthur realizes that life still has more to offer him. Superior Donuts contains adult language and content.

Randolph Mantooth of Los Angeles will star as donut shop owner, Arthur

Przybyszewski. Mantooth has been a working television, film and theatre actor for 40 years, and is best known for his starring role in NBC's series

"Emergency!" He is also highly regarded by the emergency response community around the world. He is a spokesperson for both the International Association of

Firefighters [IAFF] and the International

Association of Fire Chiefs [IAFC] for fire fighter health and safety.

Directed by Guy Sanville, the cast also includes Ryan Carlson of Clinton

Township, (The Glass Menagerie), David

Daoust of Lansing (On Golden Pond,

White Buffalo), Alex Leydenfrost of Ann

Arbor (White Buffalo, Some Couples
