INSTRUCTIONS
Before beginning, make sure you’ve completed the administrative information on the test
cover sheet. Please type or legibly print your name the way you want it to appear on your
certificate.
This exam consists of 40 test items worth 2.5 points each. A score of 80% (32 out of 40)
is required to pass. You may use the magicolor 2200 Service CD-ROM for reference
during the exam. The exam is an Office 97 file and should be printed to a color printer or
viewed on a color monitor for best results. For the true/false and multiple-choice items,
circle or highlight the correct response. For the other items, simply write or type your
response in the space provided.
