SAP Release Delivery and Change Review Lead for PepsiCo North America for a complex onshore/offshore

tracking and migration. Provided risk mitigation and quality design control of cross-functional/cross-system changes
via virtual change review forum leadership.
Project Lead/Analyst and System Administrator during joint SAP-AG development pilot for strategic landscape
monitoring. Established baseline architecture proof-of-concept for future efficient, proactive alerting and root cause
analysis for PepsiCo. System architecture included SAP Solution Manager (Business Process Monitoring), SAP SRM,
SAP SD, SAP and Oracle Procurement and A/P; SAP Portal, i2, Red Prairie, Sterling e-Commerce, and TIBCO/CLE
distributed middleware.

Consultant for data center and infrastructure administration monitoring study across 80+ IT-managed systems and
300+ servers for CPS Energy. Developed short, medium, and long term recommendations for staffing vs. automation
of landscape monitoring. Eliminated inefficiencies in batch processing, report distribution, peripheral asset utilization,
disaster recovery and business continuity procedures. Streamlined critical server monitoring and alerting strategy
between separate IT organizations.

Consultant during Service Level Agreement (SLA) projects in both Oil and Gas and Utility environments. Resulted in
additional competitive offshore shared service contracts, streamlined service portfolios, and eliminated redundancies
in service costing and software licensing.
