SUMMARY OF QUALLIFICATIONS
After over seven years of top to bottom network and IT administration, I have moved into the customer service role doing design and
implementation of million dollar Video-On-Demand equipment for some of the top cable TV companies in the world. Traveling all
over the country and parts of Europe, I work directly with the customer to help provide a smooth install and transition once they
purchase the product. In addition, I work directly with engineers, sustaining, sales, and product development to help communicate
