ED has attended 2 Resolution Skills committee meetings and 2 Great Places to Work committee meetings. ED has meet with all 30 NW employees during the month of April and found it to be very informative. All staff were asked to list 1 - 3 positives about their jobs and ideas that make them more successful or feel more supported. They were also asked if they had suggestions or thoughts about communication and/or trust issues. The conversations were very open and genuine. A lot of great ideas were put on the table and areas of concern were freely discussed. The only thing that might have made the process even better was if the meetings were done away from the employee evaluation timeframe. Next year the meetings will be held sometime between November and December. ED facilitated 2 NW CCI All-staff meetings which continue to be well-attended, very informative and provide a wonderful format to disseminate information and problem-solve.
