Definition
1. In this Regulation,
“corporation” means Social Housing Services Corporation established under section 140 of the Act. O. Reg. 17/02, s. 1.
Members of the corporation — prescribed housing providers
2. (1) The housing providers that are non-profit housing corporations listed in Schedule 1 are prescribed as members of
the corporation under clause 140 (2) (c) of the Act. O. Reg. 17/02, s. 2 (1).
(2) The housing providers that are non-profit housing co-operatives listed in Schedule 2 are prescribed as members of the
corporation under clause 140 (2) (d) of the Act. O. Reg. 17/02, s. 2 (2).
Members of the corporation — other housing providers
3. (1) A housing provider that provides housing under a program listed in Schedule 4 and whose membership application
is approved by the board of directors of the corporation becomes a member of the corporation, as provided by clause 140 (2)
(e) of the Act. O. Reg. 17/02, s. 3 (1).
(2) A housing provider described in subsection (1) becomes a member of the corporation on the first day of the month
after the month in which the board of directors of the corporation approves the application. O. Reg. 17/02, s. 3 (2).
Objects of the corporation — prescribed housing providers and programs
4. (1) The housing providers listed in Schedules 1 and 3 and the housing providers that are members of the corporation
pursuant to section 3 are prescribed as housing providers for the purposes of clauses 141 (a), (b), (c) and (d) of the Act.

Powers of the corporation’s board — prescribed housing providers
5. (1) The housing providers listed in Schedules 1 and 3 and the housing providers that are members of the corporation
pursuant to section 3 are prescribed as housing providers for the purposes of clauses 142 (1) (b), (d), (e) and (f) of the Act.
