(i) The Unit Approval Committee discussed and approved the proposal for inclusion of
following services as per Rule 76 of SEZ Rules, 2006 and subject to Section 2(z) of SEZ Act, 2005:

(ii) The Unit Approval Committee discussed and approved the proposal for modification of
item of manufacture from “FRP/GRP Panels measuring 3 square metre in area and weighing 40 kg

AGENDA Item No. 5 (c): (i) Proposal of M/s. Sri City (P) Limited, Multi-Product SEZ at Chittoor
District, Andhra Pradesh for duty free purchase of materials for ten service apartments.
The Unit Approval Committee discussed and approved the proposal for duty free purchase
of materials for ten service apartments. (List as enclosed with the Agenda).
(ii) Proposal of M/s. Sri City (P) Limited, Multi-Product SEZ at Chittoor District, Andhra
Pradesh for duty free import of a new chemical M2 System Consolid for laying the roads in their
SEZ.
The Unit Approval Committee discussed and approved the proposal for duty free import of
a new chemical M2 Systems Consolid for laying the roads in their SEZ subject to Chartered
Engineer’s certification.
