Enterprises (MSEs) on sustainable basis) as Regional Manager. Adopted Business Development Services
(BDS), a market development approach to strengthen the BDS supply side by capacity building of local business development service providers in designing and delivery of skills development programme
(course material, occupational and instructional skills), linkages development, information provision, advisory service, documentation of business and accounts related records, marketing of services, advertising and promotion as well as demand stimulation by raising awareness among MSEs through various measures like seminar, workshop, promotional activities etc about different BDS. The main responsibilities of my position were as follows: Developed and implemented plan of operation for the region; Kept close collaboration with entrepreneurs; Assessed the needs of service seekers and service providers; Enhanced the capabilities of existing (Self Help Organizations); SHOs / associations to render meaningful services to their members; Worked towards creation of producer’s associations.
