The project focused on an integrated design for the strategy, process, human performance and technology elements of a functional unit, defined the necessary elements to create an operational central sales management department. Project Description Consumer Credit Center (CCC) project was aiming to define a business model and how this model can help ABC bank with its customers. This model ensured the centralization of ABC activities such as credit 11 approval, credit documentation, credit collection; all mortgage process with the authorities and all necessary documentations. This document outlined the key requirements for the automated workflow system between the branches, the Consumer Credit Center, and any additional user access required for approval of credit related to retail customers. 5) Project name- Collection Center Task Assignment The assignment of tasks procedure started with the collection supervisor opening the collection system software and assigning tasks for each collection clerk. The principle was that the same client should be contacted by the same clerk for all his/her loans at all his/her stages of delinquency. This was to be conducted on customer as well as products and delivery channel basis. A successful implementation of the project resulted in a set of tools that aided the management in conducting better client segmentation, marketing plans, and assessing the efficiency and profitability of the various products and delivery channels involved in retail banking. 7) Project name- Database Cleanup The purpose of this procedure was to document the process for handling non-active customer data. This refersed to customer accounts, which have not moved in a certain amount of time (dormant) as well as those customers’ whose accounts have zero balances, and have not conducted any transactions against their accounts for a certain period of time. The purpose of this cleanup was to ascertain the number the customers held by the bank in MIS reporting (i.e. customers who are active only should be accounted for). To identify the procedures needed to strip the dormant accounts in the banks system to reduce the load that these accounts add on the available storage capacity of the system. 8) Project name-.
