When you interact with someone else on the Web, you are contributing to the "culture" of the Net. You have become a "Netizen". As Carrie and Adam mention in the video, it is important to be aware of some simple rules and expectations that will assist you in being a responsible “Netizen”. Using proper "Netiquette", such as treating others with respect, will make surfing a much more pleasant experience for all concerned.
