Summit 401(k) Account Balances and Deferrals: Your account balances will be transferred automatically, and your investment elections will be mapped to similar strategies. Your existing payroll deduction savings rate will continue.. No action is required. If you wish to make any changes to your current deferral rate or investment elections you must do so no later than December 23, 2015 through the existing Paychex Flex platform. Any changes made after December 23 may not be mapped to the new Colliers International USA 401(k). Access to Your New Colliers International USA 401(k): In late December, keep your eye out for a mailing from your new 401(k) administrator, 401Save.com, which will include login instructions and credentials for the new system that will be live January 9, 2016. Your Summit 401(k) accounts are tentatively scheduled to remain active with Paychex until late February, 2016 when the accounts will transfer to 401Save.com administered by Tratutman Maher & Associates. Recordkeeper — Trautmann Maher & Associates: Trautmann Maher & Associates is the recordkeeper for the Colliers International USA 401(k). Trautmann Maher & Associates provides quarterly statements, online account access, automated Voice Response System (VRS) access and a live-operator Call Center. You will receive a letter from Trautmann Maher & Associates that contains your loggin information and a unique PIN. Your legacy Summit 401(k) will be maintained by Paychex and your new Colliers International USA 401(k) will be maintained by 401Save.com. This is important because you will not see your Summit 401(k) account balances in the new Colliers International USA 401(k) until the plan assets have transferred in late February.
