actions you will need to take.


Your account balances will be transferred automatically, and your investment elections will be mapped to
similar strategies. Your existing payroll deduction savings rate will continue..
No action is required.
If you wish to make any changes to your current deferral rate or investment elections you must do so
no later than December 23, 2015 through the existing Paychex Flex platform. Any changes made after
December 23 may not be mapped to the new Colliers International USA 401(k). We invite you to make
any subsequent changes after January 8, 2016, when you have access to your new 401(k) plan. See
below.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR 401(k) PLAN
PLAN MERGER, MAPPING AND KEY DATES
EXPLANATION OF PLAN CHANGES
During the last week of December, your Summit 401(k) deferral rates and investment elections will be mapped
to the Colliers International USA 401(k). Your Summit 401(k) accounts are tentatively scheduled to remain
active with Paychex until late February, 2016 when the accounts will transfer to 401Save.com administered by
Tratutman Maher & Associates. Final contributions to the Summit 401(k) plan will occur on December 23 rd. Any
deferrals made after December 23rd will be directed to your new Colliers International USA 401(k) account.
Recordkeeper — Trautmann Maher & Associates: Trautmann Maher & Associates is the recordkeeper for
the Colliers International USA 401(k). Trautmann Maher & Associates provides quarterly statements, online
account access, automated Voice Response System (VRS) access and a live-operator Call Center. You will
receive a letter from Trautmann Maher & Associates that contains your loggin information and a unique PIN.
Once you activate your account with your PIN, you may access your account:



Online: www.401Save.com
VRS: 1-877-401-SAVE (7283)
Call Center: 1-888-700-0808
During the last week of December, you will receive a 401Save Personal Identification Number (PIN) letter in
the mail that includes all of this information including how to access your account.
Prior to the Summit 401(k) plan transfer tentatively scheduled to occur in late February, 2016, you will have two
401(k) plans. Your legacy Summit 401(k) will be maintained by Paychex and your new Colliers International
USA 401(k) will be maintained by 401Save.com. This is important because you will not see your Summit 401(k)
account balances in the new Colliers International USA 401(k) until the plan assets have transferred in late
February.

value (NAV) without any front or back-end sales charges. Other fees and expenses applicable to a continued
investment in the funds apply.
FUND MAPPING
The transition from Paychex to Trautmann Maher & Associates will require that your current fund options map
to your new fund options according to the following table. Please note that the intent of this mapping strategy
is to maintain your overall “risk positioning” by mapping your exposure to stable value, fixed income and stock
investments. It is important for you to review both your investment elections for future payroll
contributions and future loan repayments, if applicable, as well as your current balances before and
after the transition. We strongly advise that you make a new investment election for future payroll
contributions and future loan repayments, if applicable, as well as to your current balances following
the transition.
Investment elections for future payroll contributions and future loan repayments, if applicable, as well as, your
current balances that you have in any of the current investment options listed in the table below as of
December 23, 2015, will transfer (i.e., “map”) to the new options as follows:
