EXPANSION AND RELOCATION FOR E3 DIAGNOSTICS
Audio Instrument Provider Set to More Than Triple its Occupied Space in Move from Wheeling to
Arlington Heights
(ROSEMONT, IL) – David A. Bercu, SIOR, principal, and Kelly M. Joyce, CCIM, vice president, both
with Colliers International’s Chicago-based Industrial Advisory Group, represented E3 Diagnostics in a
40,647-square-foot new lease at 3311 Kennicott Avenue in Arlington Heights, IL. The owner of the
property, Kennicott Complex LLC, was also represented by Bercu and Joyce.
E3 Diagnostics, an Ohio-based provider of more than 160 products in the field of auditory instrument
and calibration, will be relocating to 3311 Kennicott in May 2016. The company is currently occupying
approximately 12,000 square feet at 845 Palwaukee in Wheeling.
“The facility is a flex space with and ideal layout for sales and service in addition to engineering,” said
Joyce. “It will meet the needs of E3 Diagnostics perfectly, allowing them to grow and operate more
efficiently.”
3311 Kennicott is a 114,519-square-foot flex/warehouse property constructed in 1981 in the Chicago
area’s Northwest suburban industrial market. It is now 100% occupied.
