Conference fee

Full rate - 140 pounds/ 192.50 euros/ 339 NZ dollars/ (includes NZSA membership
for the new registration year)
Students (with accompanying proof) and the unwaged - 118 pounds/ 163 euros/ 285
NZ dollars/ (includes NZSA membership for the new registration year)
The annual NZSA membership year ends on 1 July 2008. All speakers are
required to be a member of NZSA. However, the above conference rates include
annual membership to NZSA for the period 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2009 and have
been added with a conference reduction. If any speakers have already paid
membership between 1 January 2008 and 1 March 2008 there is no need to pay again
with this registration. If you are in this position please contact Ian Conrich at
<ian@ianconrich.co.uk> and you will be advised on the reduced amount to remit.
Please note that fees in euros and New Zealand dollars have been levied with a
handling charge of £5 to cover bank charges which will be applied in the UK to all
foreign currency transactions. We can accept drafts and cheques in other currencies
such as Australian dollars, US dollars and Canadian dollars - here, please email
ian@ianconrich.co.uk for advice on the amount to remit. Also, we are aiming to
establish a Paypal facility for overseas delegates who have difficulties remitting
payment by cheque. Please enquire if appropriate and we will advise.
All tea and coffee breaks will be covered and speakers will receive a conference pack.
The registration fee also includes the film screenings, the 1st night reception and
buffet, and the coach excursion to San Michele.
Limited places - On the Thursday night we have booked an excellent restaurant for
the conference dinner. Places are limited to a maximum of 55 people and we will take
reservations on a strictly first come basis (guests of delegates are welcome to join).
The cost is per person 36.50 pounds/ 48 euros/ 88 NZ dollars. And this is for a fourcourse meal with wine included. If you would like to attend, please remit payment in
addition to the conference fee and as one cheque for everything (and circle above the
appropriate amount sent).

NZSA membership
There are many benefits to NZSA membership, not least the discounts for registration
and admission to NZSA organised events. Membership details are provided below
and need to be completed here as part of the conference registration. Payment must
be sent as one single cheque or draft including the conference fee and (if
appropriate) the conference dinner.

already included in the conference registration fee (above).
