- SKILLS SUMMARY Highly developed professional versatility and technical depth through active, hand-on participation in and leadership of many business
and high technology projects, specializing in total contract fulfillment and client-centered problem solving. Years of experience (in the
U.S., Canada, and abroad) as a consultant and entrepreneur, working with multiple system vendors and their key strategic accounts (of
which the majority were industry leaders), have fostered talents that are unusually broad in scope, resulting from an extensive range of
projects, the technologies applied, and problem-solving required to meet the challenges of results-driven assignments. To every project
I bring my business skills to assist my employer(s) in setting the vision of "what" needs to be done, in-depth understanding of current
and emerging technologies pertinent to the project(s) being undertaken, and practical experience in all facets of system lifecycles and
related costs, enabling me to offer proven guidance on "how" to best implement optimal solutions with a minimal expenditure of critical
resources (time/cost/features tradeoffs). In addition to expanding and refining my own knowledge base, these accomplishments (my
entire professional track record) are based on rapid delivery of results and expedited ROI enabling data technologies to be harnessed
by business -- delivering the right data, at the right time, to the right audience, in the right format, at the right cost -- for enterprise

business goals. In systems and services roles, have designed, hosted, and administered multiple Internet B2C sites.
Technical deliverables have centered on needs analysis, structured design and development, and total life-cycle of new client-server
systems; front-ending, porting, and systematic replacement of legacy systems; API independent value-added system integration,
including user interface prototyping and development (all leading GUIs, and web-based technologies); large scale system porting and
downsizing, reconfiguration, conversions, roll-outs, support, and software maintenance (enhancements, testing, debugging, change
control, and continuation engineering); cost reductions and maintainability throughout the system life-cycle; development processes,
tools, and methodologies; development environments combining CASE and SET with C, C++, Java, and open system facilities (UNIX
and NT); distributed architectures, or clustered multi-processor configurations (closely coupled, loosely coupled, and networked – NT
and UNIX XPG, RPC, X/Open, and ODS); project planning and program management (using CASE and SET to drive PERT, AOA
networks, CPM tools); high-speed real-time data acquisition, processing, analytics, and process control systems; artificial intelligence

In 1986, implemented real-time trading systems, with state of the art screening and timing algorithms by developing a heuristic engine
using expert rules and neural network technologies. This system was the next generation of my work from New Era Industries, originally
created for analyzing technical market indicators, and automating the portfolio management and trading processes. During 1989,
developed reliable wireless (packet switched radio link) technology which delivered data via short-wave transmissions (internationally),
with repeaters and satellite distribution as components of a secure client-server architecture. Similar technologies now in use by
Department of Defense, wireless data providers, RFID and RF tracking, and mobile intelligent sensors.
