Creative Writing We will be showcasing some of the activities we do in our thriving creative writing sessions here at college. There will be a variety of exercises and writing opportunities to join in with or observe. The group will also be finalising the last ‘chapter’ of their collaborative mystery novel, as well as working on the next edition of the college’s literary magazine ’Create.’ We will provide paper and pens - expect the unexpected! Health Promotion Campaign Students studying Health & Social Care will showcase their health promotion campaigns on healthy eating, sexual health, smoking and alcohol. Please use the opportunity to talk to them about their various work placements as well. Labrats (Biology) This enrichment is a MUST for students considering careers in a biological laboratory eg biomedical sciences/micro biology/food sciences. Come and talk to the students and work alongside them, completing some laboratory practical’s (naturally, health and safety rules prevent you from eating or drinking in the laboratory).
