The final grade will be computed as:
Final Grade = 0.3 * midterm exam + 0.4 * final exam + 0.3 *quiz, hw, projects
Homework assignments and their due dates will be posted on the internet at the
homepage for this class. The address is wwwce.engr.ccny.cuny.edu/course/ce5730/ce5730.html
All homework assignments will be due at the beginning of class on the prescribed date.
Late submissions WILL NOT be accepted. Identical submissions WILL NOT be
accepted. Each student will be allowed to drop their lowest homework score at the end of
the semester.
Attendance of the lectures is mandatory. Any student missing more than 3 classes will be
withdrawn from the class and will receive a grade of WU.
The grading policy will be as follows:
>80 A
80-70 B
70-50 C
< 50 F
