One specific topic we will cover is how many U.S. subsidiaries of foreign companies are explaining their presence and defining their role in the United States via documents and the internet. This open forum style is intended to allow for a peer-to-peer sharing of experiences and brainstorming on solutions to shared problems. 2:30 PM Latest Trends and Challenges on PAC & Grassroots Endeavors Our panel will start off our discussion by sharing their companies’ recent experiences with large scale grassroots efforts and organizing/maintaining a Political Action Committee. After their remarks, we will open the conversation up to other participants to offer thoughts on their own experiences in this area. We will also make sure to cover any unique issues facing U.S. subsidiaries of foreign companies (i.e., how do American employees feel when a U.S. subsidiary asks them to be politically active on the company’s behalf?).
