About / My Work Description :
Responsible for the entire operation of Payroll and Admin section.
Assisting the Group HR Director in planning, organization and co-ordination of the company’s payroll and HR
administration function.
Responsible for the whole Payroll process Entry and follow-up of employees’ deductions, loans, additions,
commissions, unpaid leaves .
Manage system update of monthly and weekly payroll inputs include new hires, employee change updates
and various advance and allowance payments.
Verify system entries for both weekly and monthly payroll. Ensure the payroll processing of new hires, temp
workers, Transfers, promotions and terminations are accurate and timely
end processing of selected (weekly, fortnightly and monthly) payroll(s).
- On-going maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system (if applicable).
- Updating and maintaining payroll records.
- Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.
- Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports.
- Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime, shift allowances etc.
- Undertaking required reporting, both internal and statutory reporting.
- Calculation and payment of termination payments.
- Processing increases and calculation of back pays.
- Reconciling payroll related GL accounts.
- Calculating annual leave and LSL provisions/accruals.
• Run both weekly and monthly payrolls and manage payroll verification and reconciliation process. Work
closely with EY Finance and ensure timely fund transfer to the bank accounts and Pension payment to
relevant pension authorities.
• Review all payroll related claims, and then accept or reject claims as per policy and communicate to
relevant cost center owners
• Individually handle the “Executive Payroll” for Senior Management. Manage the processing and payment of
payroll and benefits of EY senior management in line with the relevant policies ensuring accurate and timely
payments while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Answer payroll audit queries and prepare audit reply reports, Support the different audit processes
(Internal, External, and Government) by generating the necessary audit schedules and reconciliations.
Responsible to resolve all audit finding within the agreed time frame.
Calculate the final dues for leavers or transferred employees in accordance with local laws and Group’s
policies and procedures
Process and issue employee monthly pay slips, and ensure their distribution to the employees
Application of labor law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and
Kuwait in all transactions
