Lead campaign planning, strategy and execution that has built the innovative and high performing
volunteer and professional organization of the Allied Jewish Federation (AJF). The AJF is the central
financial resource development, community building and planning agency of the Denver/Boulder Jewish
community. Play a unique volunteer leadership role, building the organization’s fully integrated,
inclusive, healthy and stable organizational infrastructure.
With the goal of becoming central to the Denver/Boulder Jewish Philanthropic landscape led efforts to set
strategies and implement new activities, e.g.

Designed Annual Campaign strategic planning process and executed Annual Campaigns in
collaboration with CEO, COO, Chief Development Officer and professional staff. The
campaign grew total fundraising 30% in 5 years.

Led implementation of United Jewish Communities Collaborative Model, resulting in
redesign of the professional organizational chart and a restructure of Jewish Philanthropy
Center.

Participated in development of new model to recognize and steward the largest annual
donors, called the “Leadership Circle.”

Led efforts to create Major Gifts team of professionals and volunteers and created new lay
role of Major Gifts Ambassador. Established succession planning process for Major Gifts
Chair.

Created General Community Campaign Cabinet of lay leaders which established new
campaign structure to maximize impact of key events and create pipeline for lay leadership
succession.

Spokesperson for Federation: improved community relationships and structured
collaborative fundraising strategies for Total Choice Tzedakah philanthropic platform.
