By how much does the Federal Reserve need to increase interest rates in order to decrease aggregate demand by $200 billion? The multiplier is 1/(1-MPC) = 1/0.2 = 5, so if investment decreases by $40 billion, aggregate demand decreases by $200 billion ($40 billion*5).
