Job Responsibilities :





Providing level 2 support for GSM projects-Reliance GU, LOOP Mobile
Analyzing and troubleshooting of issues escalated from the level-1.
Providing solutions for the problems which were not resolved from the circle team.
Organizing circle teams & Preparation of technical issue tracker & weekly Dashboard
reports.
Day to day interaction with customer to solve technical issues in the network.
Regular Interaction with R&D for RCA, patch upgrades, Version upgrades to deliver
better performance of the system.




Providing instant support by taking remote login of customer equipment via VPN or
team viewer to solve major issues. The issue is first escalated to NNOC directly by
customer for L1 analysis. If unsolved, it will be escalated to me for L2 support.
Direct interaction with customer for L2 support (Customer NMC Manager).
Analyzing the call logs and traffic report, identification and resolution of problem
areas using network reports and handling customer’s problem with proper co
ordination with RF optimization team.
Handling call logs registered by customer service centre and closing call logs with as
per the SLA.

Job Responsibilities:

 Responsible for BSS operation and maintenance.
 Have done swapping activity (MOTO to ZTE) successfully with co-ordination of
LOOP Eng. and OMCR.
 Expansion of BTS as per customer requirement.
 Integration, configuration, commissioning and ACCEPTANCE TEST of ZTE BTS & BSC.
 Monitoring starts before and after the activities.
 Operate Fault Management & Performance Management in ZTE OMCR.
 Version up gradation of BTS,BSC from OMCR.
 Checking daily KPI REPORT to handle the Network problem.
 My other major responsibilities include alarm handling and fault management and
monitoring. Performance management, configuration management, traffic data
acquisition, activates and deactivates functions, and long term planning.
 Neighbor Creation & Deletion for the swap sites using batch files.
 Software up gradation of all types of BTS.
 Solving GPRS/EDGE data connection problem on cell level.
 Keeping the track record of all the power generated problems and provide the
solution all the problems.
 Co-ordinate with the vendor team to work properly.

Done the Software up gradation for maintain the KPI.
Analyzing the Network by Alarm monitoring and troubleshooting.

Installation and pre-testing of RNC/Node B as per Customer’s request.

Responsible for Commissioning and integration of RNC/Node B

Perform 3G UTRAN Testing and Troubleshooting UTRAN in case of any fault.

Upgradation/ adding patch software whenever necessary.




I have successfully completed the cabinet expansion for 15 iBSC and EUIP (1+1)
testing.
I have successfully upgraded the software version in 15 BSC.
Got appreciation mail from the Loop mobile RF lead and CTO to the OMCR team.
I successfully Done the APS (Automatic protection switching ) testing for the zxg10
ibsc in OMCR.
Successfully integrated over 1200 BTS 8800 ,(SDR 8200+8860),(8906),(8206 &
8900) in OMCR.
We successfully swap 1200 sites with 12 BSC and 7 iTC in Mumbai metro city with
different configuration like as 8800 ,8200+8860,8906,8206 & 8900.
First time we used different combination (BTS as well as TRX also ) in a same site.
Besides this I have got the all Ats signed from the Customer.
Without any traffic congestion and blocking during Diwali and New year Eve due to
the constant maintenance of our OMCR team.

SUMMARY
With the rapid evolution of multiple radio access technologies, operational site
efficiency is more important in achieving overall network efficiency. Flexi BTS holds the
answer. Nokia Siemens Networks Flexi BTS platform enables operators to use sites more
efficiently, find new ones and re-use existing sites, operating with the lowest number of
sites needed for coverage and capacity.
Responsibilities: Site survey of Flexi BTS.
 Survey should be done by standard form of Ready for installation (RFI) & Prepare the
Ready for installation (RFI) report on the standard of form that is given by the Nokia
Siemens Network
 Preparing the site delivery report on the basis of site survey and send it to NSN SDR
engineers.
 Cross check the material on the site on the basis of site delivery report as well as
design data.
 Supervising the Hardware Installation team of Flexi BTS, (NSN Platform)
 Commissioning and troubleshooting of Flexi BTS & up the system.
 Technical support to the Trainee engineer.
 Extinctions of alarms of the BTS.
 Clearing the documentations of the site.
