 Conducts initial review of bid documents, plans and specifications of a project prior to estimate and
design.
 Conducts site investigations for projects which require site erection / installation.
 Maintains and ensures high accuracy of estimates and designs for projects under bid.
 Releases project documents, construction / shop fabrication drawings, material specifications and

 Checks Engineering assumptions / deviations in every estimate, and accuracy of engineer’s material
take-off and Bill of Materials.
 Coordinates with Operations Group and Support Group on the interpretations of engineering
assumptions in the contract documents.
 Conducts presentation of awarded projects on the basis of Engineering design, cost estimates and
assumptions.
