At the general shareholders meeting on March 31, the shareholders of Continental Automotive Corporation (CAC) deliberated on the decision of the appointment of new members to the Board of Directors. The composition of the Board of Directors was discussed in the board meeting following the shareholders meeting. Accordingly, as of April 1st, 2008, Dr. Ralf Cramer, President of Division Chassis & Safety of Continental AG, who previously discharged the responsibility as Director took over the duties of Chairman of the Board. Dietmar Siemssen, who assumed the position as the head of Division Chassis & Safety Region Asia and CEO of CAC as of February 1st, was appointed as the Representative Director of the Board.
