Each of the scientists below contributed to the discovery of the parts and functions of cells.

Research each scientist and create a timeline representing the chronological order of these
scientists and their contributions.
 The timeline can be made using construction paper, xerox paper, oak tag, etc. and MUST
BE TYPED
 Label the timeline with the name of the scientist, contributions, and year of
discovery/contribution.
 Contributions should be about cells (cell organelles, Cell Theory, microscopes, etc.).
Some scientists may have contributed more than once.
 The earliest dates should be on the left of the timeline and the most recent on the right.
 Be sure your spacing shows a reasonable approximation of the amount of time elapsed
between years.
 You must include pictures for each entry on the timeline (picture of the scientist, what
they contributed, etc.).
 You must include a list of the websites/sources used to retrieve the information on the
back of the timeline. DO NOT USE WIKIPEDIA.
 Be sure to include your name, period, and teacher on the back of your project.
Your grade will be based on the following:

 Neatness/organization
