Aim(s) of the Course
The aim of the course aims students to get knowledge and competence
about front office department and its organizational structure.
Learning Outcomes of the Course
1. The students will get detailed information about reservation, cashier
operations, occupancy calculation methods and check in and check out
operations.
2. They will be eligible to work in a front office department of a hotel and
carry out the necessary duties.
3. They will gain skills to run a “Hotel Management” computer program
naming Fidelio.
Course Content
In this course, reservation process, rate structures, hotel revenue cycle will
be examined in detail.
