Ron Lemke Ron has over 35 years of experience as a marketing and operating executive in consumer products, packaging and office technology companies. He is currently an Operating Partner and advisor to a Private Equity firm focused on acquiring middle market companies, and a working consultant in various industries. Most recently, he was the CEO of Power Container, Inc., a socially responsible venture funded specialty packaging start-up. His early experience includes senior level operating and marketing roles with Fujitsu Limited and Dixie Consumer Brands. Ron serves as an advisor to students seeking career transition strategies in private equity, start-ups, and consumer and industrial products marketing and operations. Ron has a BBA in management from the University of Wisconsin and a MBA from Pace University. Keith Ryan Keith Ryan is the President and Founder of Geneous Advisors, a search firm where he leads the Biomedical and Healthcare practice. Keith’s professional experience encompasses several years of direct research coupled with over fifteen years of recruitment experience in the Life Sciences sector. Prior to founding Geneous, he was President and VP, Life Sciences at a leading national recruitment firm. Throughout his career as a search executive, he has developed a deep knowledge of key industry dynamics, talent acquisition challenges and a consultative recruitment process that has produced consistent results for his clients. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Center for Women's Business Research, where she served as the Vice President for Corporate Development. She was a trustee of the United States Law Firm Group and founded the Massachusetts Harvard Law School Alumnae Network. Roz served a dozen years as a Director of the Center for Women and Enterprise, including five years as its chair, and remains a member of the Emeritus Board of CWE. Sara Gragnolati Sara Gragnolati is a 12-year veteran in the natural products industry (NPI), with an established expertise in organic, health, sustainability and consumer trends. She launched Cocomama after she was diagnosed with food allergies and saw a huge opportunity to fill needs within the fast-growing gluten-free market. Sara has worked with many of the leading brands in the NPI. She started her career with two different marketing firms focused on representing organic & green clients. She oversaw marketing programs, PR campaigns, PR/marketing budget planning, sales development and packaging, website, and ad design. In 2006, she co-founded KIWI Magazine, a publication for parents on healthy family living. In addition to serving as Editorial Director, with core responsibilities in content development, staff & freelance management, and artistic direction, she was one of two executives who managed every aspect of the business, including overall budgets, ad sales, and affiliate marketing programs. Sara was also the spokesperson for KIWI, making multiple appearances on The Early Show (CBS), and conducting print, radio, online and event interviews. He brings over 16 years’ experience in consulting and executive roles across a broad range of leading technology, telecommunications and financial services companies. In his current role, Kevin advises leading Fortune 500 technology companies on corporate and business unit strategy, based on competitive intelligence and market analysis. Prior to joining Fuld & Co., Kevin was a successful entrepreneur. He was the CEO and founder of a global telecom reseller with offices in eight countries and a primary customer base in the Japanese and South American markets. After leading and operating the business for four years, Kevin sold the company to a UK-based telecommunications firm. Hugh began his investment career in 1982 at Value Line, where he managed and marketed the Institutional Quantitative Equity Research business. Jim Spencer James is Chief Investment Officer of Cambridge Bancorp and its subsidiary Cambridge Trust Company. Cambridge Trust Company is a 113-year-old commercial bank. The company operates one of New England's leading trust and investment management operations with nearly $1.5 billion in assets under supervision. James has twenty-five years of experience in the investment management business. He began his investment management career in 1979 at Wells Fargo Investment Advisors in San Francisco. In 1981, he returned to the east coast to become Vice President and Research Analyst at Kidder Peabody where he covered specialty chemicals. Mr. Spencer later served as Director and Research Analyst in specialty chemicals at Schroder Wertheim and Company in Boston. Prior to joining Cambridge Trust Company, he was Chief Equity Officer for Atlantic Trust Company, formerly Pell Rudman Trust Company, and in 2001, he was the company's Chief Operating Officer. Institutional Investor Magazine named Mr. Spencer a member of its All American Research Team for eight years. In addition to his professional responsibilities and accomplishments, James is a youth soccer coach and club president in Wellesley, and he is a former trustee of the Dana Hall School. Warren Johnson In his role as Executive in Residence, Warren advises students in the Babson College Fund and the Babson Investment Management Association. Mr. Johnson is the President and Founder of Johnson Portfolio Group of Boston, investment consultants to institutions on asset strategy and allocation. Previously, Mr. Johnson was the Director of Investment Research and Planning for New England Mutual Life Insurance Company and the President of the Boston Security Analysts Society (BSAS). He is a graduate of Brown University and received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania. Charles A. Mangum Charles brings an extensive investment background to his involvement in the Babson College Fund. He was with Fidelity Investments for 19 years and served both as an analyst and Vice President – Portfolio Manager at Fidelity. In addition to his experience analyzing companies, picking stocks and constructing portfolios he enjoys teaching and talking about all aspects of investing. Charles is married, a father of four children, and is an active investor, golfer, and swimmer. Richard R. Mace, Jr. Richard was with Fidelity Management and Research from 1987- 2009 becoming the Portfolio Manager and Team Leader of the Fidelity Mega Cap Stock Fund. He was one of six Fidelity Portfolio managers selected by Fidelity Insight as “the stars of the 1990’s” for “consistent performance over many years”. Rick led the efforts and successfully implemented a unique, multidisciplinary approach to both portfolio management and security analysis that integrated macro, global, quantitative, and technical research. Rick received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree was from the University of Virginia. Christopher Stix Christopher is an equity investor and former sell side analyst. While at Morgan Stanley he was ranked first by Institutional Investor magazine for coverage of the data networking industry. He was also highly ranked by The Wall Street Journal, Greenwich and Reuters. Prior to working at Morgan Stanley, he was head of global communications equipment research at SG Cowen. Since leaving Morgan Stanley in 2002 he has been managing a portfolio, primarily focusing on global asset allocation. He is currently and executive in residence for the Babson College fund and he is assisting several hedge funds. In the early 1990s, he founded a venture funded credit scoring company that served the rental housing industry. Michael Dunn Mr. Michael Foster Dunn is the Chief Research Officer at TruColor Capital Management. He previously served as a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Franklin Portfolio Associates, LLC. He served as a Portfolio Manager at Standish Mellon Asset Management Company LLC, which he joined in 1999. Mr. Dunn was also a Portfolio Manager at The Dreyfus Corporation. Prior to joining the firm, he was responsible for quantitative research and development and hybrid portfolio management, including market neutral strategies at Wellington Management in Boston. Mr. Dunn was a Manager of Media Relations at Mellon Financial Corporation. He previously ran index and active portfolios and performed quantitative research at the IBM Retirement Fund and prior to that at Mellon Capital Management. Mr. Dunn is a member of the Chicago Quantitative Alliance and the Boston Security Analyst Society. He is a C.F.A. charter holder. Mr. Dunn has earned a B.S. in Mathematics and Linguistics from Yale University. Pratima Abichandani Pratima is an Executive in Residence for the Babson College Fund and an independent investor in the Greater Boston Area. Prior to this, she worked at Fidelity Investments from 1994-2011. From 2004-2011 she worked at Crosby Advisors, Fidelity Investments where she was the Director of Research and member of an equity team that helped managed the assets of high net worth families and charitable entities. Before moving to Crosby, Pratima was an analyst and fund manager at Fidelity Management & Research Co. (FMR) from 1994-2004. Funds she managed at FMR included Fidelity Select Energy, Fidelity Select Natural Resources, Fidelity Select Industrials and Fidelity Select Medical delivery. From 1995-2000, Pratima was based in Hong Kong where she managed the Fidelity India pilot fund, the Fidelity Singapore fund and co-managed the Fidelity Global Telecom fund. Sharon Kan Sharon Kan is an entrepreneur and a seasoned operational executive. Sharon was a cofounder of Tikatok.com, which was acquired by B&N in 2009. Tikatok was the fourth startup company that Sharon built from its foundation with a group from MIT University. Before Sharon co-founded Tikatok she was CEO of Zoomix, a data management solution provider that was acquired by Microsoft in 2008. Prior, Sharon was President North America of c-Ark, a product lifecycle management company. c-Ark was acquired by SSA (now Infor). Prior to c-Ark, Ms. Kan spent 5 years with Demantra Inc., a leading global provider of supply chain management and established its activity in NA. Demantra was acquired by Oracle in 2006. Sharon is currently Entrepreneur in Residence at Babson College; a mentor at The MIT Venture Mentoring Service, formed to support entrepreneurial activity throughout MIT University.; and a member of the Advisory Board of Entrepreneurship at Simmons College School of Management. She has been a speaker at conferences and educational institutions on the subjects of entrepreneurship, innovation, core values and leadership. Kirtland Poss Prior to becoming a co-founder of BioAnalytix LLC in 2012, Kirtland Poss co-founded VisEn Medical in June of 2000 and ran the company as President and CEO from its early technology platform formation through product development, worldwide commercialization, clinical program partnerships and M&A with PerkinElmer in 2010. In his role with VisEn, Mr. Poss led the development, launch and commercialization of several molecular imaging system and agent product lines, and focused the company on emerging market opportunities in the life science and clinical diagnostic marketplaces. He also established and led several of VisEn’s strategic corporate development partnerships, including multi-million dollar, multi-year programs with leading medical system companies, pharmaceutical companies, and clinical research centers. Before VisEn Mr. Poss worked in healthcare business strategy consulting for Kendall Strategies in Cambridge, MA, and prior to that worked in scientific research at the Center for Molecular Imaging Research at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Mr. Poss attended the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College from 1999-2000 (before leaving to found VisEn), and he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Connecticut. Mary wrote, directed and produced highly-acclaimed award-winning films, A Hero for Daisy, Lemonade Stories, Apple Pie and We are BlackRock, and TEN9EIGHT. She has just finished work on an exciting new film about entrepreneurs The Apple Pushers that she wrote and directed. Narrated by Edward Norton, and underwritten by the Laurie M.
