Concepts and theory of information system and management;
types of information system and management; decision making of
administrators and information system management; nature, trend and
importance of information system management for growth and advantage
of organizations
5. Objectives:
Student will learn
- Concept and theory of information system, terminology,
information system applications
- Roles of MIS in organization, interacting among management,
organization and technology
- Decision Support Systems to make business decisions
- System design and development process
- Trends of technology and its applications: internet, e-commerce
- Business cases related to MIS
