In addition to speaking and writing skills, special emphasis will be placed on listening skills, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills. COURSE OVERVIEW Communication is really about relationships. This course will enable students to become better communicators, especially in a business setting. Communication theory and practice will be explored, with special focus on business communication concepts and application of communication technology. COURSE OBJECTIVES At the conclusion of this course the student should be able to Develop communication process skills for critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making. Design and deliver business presentations using presentation graphics. Implement active listening techniques. Explain the impact of forgiveness on business relationships.
