The STODDARD Room The Stoddard room is located on the top floor of our building. It features hardwood floors, 2 riverview balconies, a private bar and restrooms. This room can accommodate up to 150 people. The DIETER’S Den (pronounced dee-ters) The Dieter’s Den is features refinished hardwood floors, spectacular views of the Savannah River, and will accommodate a private plated dinner event up to 40 people. ROOM FEE To reserve a private room for an event, there is a non-refundable room fee. This charge will not be applied to your final bill. All bookings are considered tentative until a room fee is paid, and a signed copy of the room agreement has been received by the banquet department. SERVICE CHARGE AND TAXES All food and beverage will be subject to a 20 % service charge and 7 % Georgia sales tax. All retail purchased will be subject to a 7 % Georgia state tax. Liquor will incur an additional 3 % state excise tax. GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT Confirmation of the number of guests attending must be received 72 hours prior to the scheduled function. If an accurate count is not received we will charge for the contracted number or number of attendees whichever is greater. PAYMENT Payment must be paid in full at the completion of your event. Acceptable payment methods include, cash, MasterCard, Visa, American express, Discover or a certified check. Personal checks will NOT be accepted as a form of payment.
