This rider is added to and made part of the attached lease in accordance with the Rules &
Regulations of Kingsbrook Crossing Homeowners Association. By this Rider the
undersigned parties to said lease expressly acknowledge that every lease (and extensions
or renewals thereof) and the parties hereto shall be subject in all respects to the provisions
of the said Declarations as well as the By Laws and Rules & Regulations of the
Associations, and any failure by the lease to comply with the terms of the Declarations,
By Laws and Rules & Regulations thereof shall be a default under the lease and shall
subject the parties to the disciplinary and enforcement powers of the Associations.
By our respective signatures below, we hereby acknowledge that we have received a
copy of the Declaration & Bylaws and Rules & Regulations of Kingsbrook Crossing
HOA and that we have read this Rider and understand its contents and agree to be bound
by its terms.
