You have been asked to work within a small team to put together a training programme that could be used when training future team leaders. The role of the team leader will be shared to allow you the opportunity to use appropriate skills and qualities to lead a team. It is important to ensure team goals e.g. to ensure the quality of the film, are set and met. Relevant processes will also have to be followed e.g. team meetings and allocating roles.
