The Past, Present and Future of the Utility Industry
 Analyzed the past, present and future of five utility companies using Porter’s 5
Forces, Financial Ratios, SWOT, and the DuPont Identity.
 Created and presented three PowerPoint presentations to 35 students about five
different utility companies illustrating their niches, corporate strategies, and
marketing plan.
 Collaborated with team members in brainstorming, designing and explaining the
business cycle of the utility industry.

Communications Assistant
 Trained four employees which reduced training time from one month to two weeks.
 Identified common customer complaints and worked with management to create
training guide which outlined quick solutions to common problems, improving

 Operated as a liaison between student and department groups and creative
services to ensure posters were delivered using excel and Microsoft outlook.
