Pricelist and description of pellet line:
Our production line is suitable to produce pellets from sawdust, straw, energy grass, etc., and also from
industrial waste and biomass. It's also capable of making feed pellet.
It would be a pleasure for us if we could welcome you as a customer. As we are the manufacturer of the
whole production line we can ship with short delivery time.
The most compact package you can order include the most important parts of the plant, the hammer mill,
conditioner, pellet press and the automatic control unit.
Guarantee is only applicable under these conditions.
You can also choose the option of building up a mobile pellet plant, which is mounted on a semi-trailer or
on a container. In this case the price is the same, but you have extra cost for the supply of the trailer or
container.
By mobile plant you only need to ensure a heatable warehouse and electiric power.
The production line is capable of operating 24 hours a day and of course we train the service personnel for
you. 3 days of training is included in the price.
We guarantee, if you have proper material you will be able to produce Din + and EN + quality pellets.
We provide a constant supply of spare parts with rapid turnaround.

The production line shown below makes pellet from sawdust with moisture content of less than 15% . By
design each processing unit transfers the material with less then 150 kg/m3 unit weight and 10%
moisture content automatically to the next processing unit in line. Under these conditions,
technological lines can produce the following quantity of pellets:
