TCA precipitation protocol

Add 10% of TCA (100% w/v) to your sample. Vortex.
Incubate 10 min on ice.
Spin 10 min at max speed in bench-top centrifuge in cold room.
Discard SN, wash pellet with acetone or ethanol, flick-spin.
Discard SN, dry pellet in heat block for couple of minutes, resuspend
the pellet in 1 X BJ, run the gel.
