On Wednesday, 12 Nov 2014, Deloitte Southeast Asia partnered with the Singapore Venture
Capital & Private Equity Association (SVCA) to participate in an M&A Tax workshop that was
held at the M Hotel in Singapore. SVCA is a non-profit organisation promoting the growth of
venture capital and private equity in Singapore and Asia Pacific.
Deloitte Southeast Asia Tax leaders presented a country-by-country analysis on the various
tax incentives on foreign investments; changes in tax regulations; and acquisition strategies
for inbound opportunities into the respective countries. They were:
