Your Job Specification
- Disciplinary and job-related supervision in plant and serial production
- Plan, organize, and insure with the team according to quantity, time and quality required by
the customer and expected KPI targets from Brose
- Establish, manage and control budget and personal planning for the department.
Coordinate with plant controlling the regular monitoring and the budget achievement
- Define and provide the necessary training to develop the know-how of the team members
and ensure a competitive service
- Evaluate the performance of production team members, encourage innovation and
improvement in production field, support team member to complete tasks
- Monitor production performance indicators, process quality indicators, absence rate,
suggestion rate, safety rate of the production team and report periodically to the operation
director
- Establish and manage any necessary action plan to improve assembly time, cycle time,
material flow, stock level, quality, change over time, break downs, efficiency of the
production unit
- Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes on current running production
- Ensure the production capacity in regards to customer demands and initiate in an
appropriate time schedule any corresponding actions
- Act as new project coordinator for product group, work with customer teams and central
functions to achieve smooth & secure launch for new project
- Ensure a high collaboration with other departments; Make sure that the information is
transferred
- Follow-up the environmental and Health & Safety regulations and provide information and
requirement to the appropriate functions
Your Profile
- Technical or engineering bachelor degree
- 8-10 years working experience
- MTM knowledge. SAP
- Employment Law – understanding
- Team building and employee development - coaching, teaching
- Leadership skills
- Production planning, manufacturing processes designing

- Fluent English, both speaking and writing
