I am a native of Moldova (a small but amazing country in Eastern Europe), where I have
studied music for 15 years, along with my general schooling. After receiving my
Conservatory degree (Bachelor’s and Master’s combined) in Violin Performance and
Education, in 1999, I have moved to the USA (Louisiana) to pursue an American Master’s
degree in Violin Performance. After graduating, in 2001, I moved to Jackson, where I
have worked with the MS Symphony Orchestra as a Violinist, and taught String/Orchestra
classes for various schools /districts for several years. I have also served as a Conductor
for the MS Youth Symphony Orchestra during that time. In 2007, my family and I moved
to Frisco, where we started a new, wonderful journey. In 2008, I have been offered the
opportunity to take over the WHS Orchestra Conductor’s baton, where I have been training
our talented violin, viola, cello, bass and harp players: with exceptional help from our
Private lesson Instructors, and our master Harp Instructor, Ms. Young Park.

Activities/Hobbies





My husband and I have a young son, and my younger sisters (college students) live
with us, so they all keep us busy.
I love spending time with my family: at home, at church, and in the community.
As a freelance professional musician, I love performing at various events.
Reading, traveling, practicing my instruments, cooking, walking, and just spending
time at home – are some of my favorite things to do.
Our family enjoys going to concerts, shows, sports games and movies from time to
time.
