We have several committees that will need joyful and committed volunteers just like you! Time commitments may
vary, please read over the descriptions below before letting us know which committee you think your unique skills
will be of service too.
Corporate Fund-raising: Building relationships and raising money with both small and large donations through
corporations, business and individuals to be recognized through our 3 tier sponsor program.
Online Fund-raising: Creating a crowdfunding platform where we will utilize an online crowd funding service to
raise money via a IndieGogo or similar campaign with presale tickets and special incentives.
Social Media Marketing and Advertising Liaisons: To help with online and social media presence.
Musicians & Speakers Organizers: Helping ot contact and organize the guest musicians and speakers prior to
and at the event.
Food Vendors Organizers: Helping to contact and organize the food vendors prior to and at the event
Non-Food (Retail) Vendors Organizers: Helping to contact and organize the food vendors prior to and at the
event.
Set Up Volunteers: Helping the day before the event, July 25th to organize set up and decoration or the
LVYogaFest space. Shift times will vary.
Day of Volunteers: Helping to greet festival attendees and manage the movement of people and information on
the day of the festival, July 26th 8am-11pm, Shift
