This swim meet provides an opportunity for young swimmers to swim against their peers in a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.
The aim is to nurture a positive attitude to competition and motivate children to improve further.

Marshalling
The width races will be marshalled in the corridor just outside the pool door from 5.30pm All older children are required to wait in
the THE 3rd FLOOR MULTI-PURPOSE HALL upstairs until their event – no food or drink allowed in hall.
Spectators
ONLY OFFICIALS HELPING ARE ALLOWED on POOL DECK. Viewing area for spectators on the 2/F balcony. Events - width races will be run first, followed by all freestyle events, then backstroke, then breaststroke, finishing with
the butterfly events
4 years & under and 5 year - 1 width freestyle (participation medals only will be given for this event)
5 & Under - 25m Freestyle, 25m Backstroke, 25m Breaststroke
6,7,8,9,10, 11&12yrs - 25m Butterfly, 25m Freestyle, 25m Backstroke, 25m Breaststroke
Medals
All swimmers will receive a participation medal.
Medals will be presented to the First, Second and Third placed swimmer of each 25m event. (not for width races)
NOTE: If there is more than one heat in any 25m event, the fastest overall times will determine the placing.
Payment
ENTRY FEE: $200 per swimmer – to cover all events. PLEASE PAY THE $200 FEE IN CASH WITH YOUR ENTRY FORM (entries will
not be accepted by the coach without the entry fee) ALL ENTRY FEES WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY TO THE HOME OF LOVING
FAITHFULNESS! HWI WILL MATCH THE TOTAL FEES COLLECTED TO DOUBLE THE AMOUNT DONATED.
